Well, hello. Suddenly we find ourselves in a new blog! This one is more spacious—more about pictures & less about text. (Of course, saying that is a perfect setup for me to start writing like a maniac all of a sudden, or to lose interest in taking pictures, but I’ll take my chances.) When I first started my old blog way back in 2002(!), blogs barely had pictures at all. It wasn’t until 2004 that I got around to blogging pictures, & they were tiny little things, just like other bloggers’ pictures at the time. Now look how far we’ve come!
These are from a couple weeks ago, & one of them is actually a repeat from the old blog. Quite a difference! With physical journals, I try to finish one dream in the last pages of a book before starting a new one, but that doesn’t seem necessary on the web. In fact it feels nice to have this little bridge here.
& now I’ve already written more than I’d planned to….
